Weddingbee boards

We are considering using Dionysus Kitchen for our wedding.  I keep running across the same post flaming Dionysus Kitchen, but I wanted a more balance perspective on this caterer.  Has anyone used him recently?  What were the pluses and the negatives?  I would appreciate any constructive input.  This is such a big decision and I do not want to make a wrong choice!

We did book Dionysus.  I am super excited about working with them.  The tasting was the best food we tasted at any of our tastings.  On top of that Paul and Rebecca are willing to work within my budget and they are also trying to use as much local, seasonal food as possible.  They are also allowing me to serve the meal family style.  These were all really important things to me that were not possibilities with the other catering companies we contacted.

We had our menu planning this week and I think we will have a fabulous meal at our wedding.  We have not had our logistics meeting with Rebecca yet.  That will come closer to our wedding date. 

The planning process has been very easy with Paul and Rebecca.  I am glad we selected them because I think we are going to get the style of food we want, within our bedget, and adhering to our objectives for our event.  I will have more to say after our event in November.
