Weddingbee boards

Okay ladies since I started wedding planning the photographer has been the most important aspect to me.  I met with Alan from Ron Carroll and loved him.  Every picture I liked in the office was actually done by him.  He also had a great personality.  They are pretty expensive but I felt by looking at the quality of the work in the office and online it was worth it. I was super excited.  Well today, about a month after booking I saw a few bad reviews online.  There are really not that many reviews for them.  I could only find 4 and 3 out of the 4 were bad.  They were mostly talking about the service and so far the few times I have interacted with them the service has been great.  However, there was also bad photography mentioned as well.  I am freaking out.  I don;t want to panic over something stupid but I also don't want to ignore it and end up with bad pictures.  Has anyone used Ron Caroll or know someone who has?
