Has anyone used the beauty blender?

I love my BB sponge!  I use it clean and damp as a finishing tool rather than an applicator.  Gentle taps all over remove traces of extra foundation and blends to a PERFECT finish.  For initial foundation application, I like the Real Techniques Expert Face brush (bargain!) and/or just my fingers.

I then use the BB the same way after powder: bounce/tap to blend and fine finish.

I’ve tried multiple BB ‘dupes’ haven’t found one that has the same exact light texture as the original. The special cleaner works really well, although gentle shampoo or face cleanser will do in a pinch.

My SIL is frickin’ obsessed with her beauty blender.  She said it was sooooo worth the money.  A heads up though: my dog and cat also love it…. haha

So worth it! It is by far the best tool I’ve used to apply foundation. And if you keep it clean, it will last longer than if you dont so you’ll get more for your money. There is a great cleanser that they sell with the blender, or there’s a way cheaper recipe on pinterest for a cleanser for the sponge!

Totally splurge worthy!

@legenwaitforitdary:  i purchased a similar one from Elizabeth Arden. Its $15 and has a handle. I use it as a finishing tool. It’s great.

I love it, but I got mine for $7 at Marshall’s. Try there, HomeGoods, TJMax etc. before spending the $20.

I have the Cynthia Rowley one from TJ Maxx and love it. I think that one is $5.99 and worth a try.
