It's hard to tell, since nobody seems to have written a detailed review!
I've signed up to use it, but I haven't actually started the name change process because I'm stuck on what I want to change my name to. It seems like it will save lots of time having to fill out all these individual forms. Sorry, but that's all the experience I've had so far, but I hope you can get help.
It was really easy to change my name. Literally, the forms asked my name and address. The passport was a little more detailed, but still, I don't think it's worth the money. The hard part was waiting in the lines -- UGH. I wish I could've paid someone to do that part!

Wait in lines? I thought the general idea behind the site was provide basic info, they fill out form, you print and mail them. When does the line waiting come into play?
