Weddingbee boards

my guy and i may have to get married sooner then we thought cause of an apartment we may get, and they said it may be easier to get if we are married. 

so we figure we would go to the courthouse in stroudsburg if this is the case. but i have no clue as to how that all goes! i know you have to wait 3 days to get married after you get the license but no clue after that! do you schedule a date with a JoP or kinda just go and wait? how much does it cost to be wed there? is the room big enough to have a few close friends and parents there (apx 15 people)? can we ask the JoP to read something on the side to make it a little more wedding like? is there a good day to go then other days? is one JoP better then another? can you have pics taken in the court house like on the stairs/in the hallway or even in the room?

i have all the other details like what i want to wear and how we will go around the corner to siamsa afterward for some good irish food...and how to get the license before hand....its just all the in between stuff that i need advice on! thanks for helping :D

also can you use your own vows? if not i figure we can both share something to each other at siamsa for our "reception"
