Not too helpful but is the last picture Hilary Duff? I think her dress was a Vera Wang.

The first one is Alvina Valenta, from the 2006 collection:

I bought my dress at Mon Amie in Costa Mesa, they carry this line there. The customer service can be snotty and bad (in my case it was), dresses are usually pricey ($3K-$15K for the majority), but they have a very large and very beautiful selection. I went to 21 stores in LA and OC, I can give more recommendations if you give a bit more info about your price range and any specific designers you’re looking at.

@kirabee: Laughing . I’m happy when someone asks about a dress from the older collections and I can go “hey, I know that one!” Six months out now from the wedding I’m starting to lose my edge, I don’t know the new dressess too well 🙂 And I do NOT miss dress shopping, though I’m happy to help anyone who has to go through it. OT, we should have another Bee meet-up!

The first one is lovely. Would you be able to dance at your own wedding in the second? It looks restricting.

the first one is Alvina Valenta, it’s been discontinued.  I searched high and low for that dress.  the only places you can find it are the preowned wedding dress sites.

@kventures:I really like that dress, and eventhough I have a dress I also thought about trying it on. I love the mermaid style! Also check out Mikaella 1512 & 1511. They are similar to the Hillary as well. Let me know how the Mori Lee looks on. Good luck!
