Floral glue can get messy, and I wouldn't count on it for heavy headed flowers like the ones she is wearing. I've worked with just about every kind of glue, this included, when volunteering at rose float making. Glue is great for covering surfaces and Oasis glue in particular is good for securing flowers in foam, but we never used it for anything that would be moving.
I'd recommend going with wiring and taping. It's not hard with a little practice. eHow has some good tutorials on it.

I was inspired by the wrist corsage worn by the bride at the Italian Villa wedding (http://masonjarbride.blogspot.com/2009/06/il-matromonio-di-giacomo-e-paola.html ).
I want to try to attempt to make corsages similiar to that for moms and bridesmaids. (we aren't having an aisle, so why have bouquets?) Have any of you DIY'd wrist corsages? Any tips? A couple of websites suggested using Oasis Floral Glue. Has anyone tried it? Does it work all day?
