I would go with flats or a very small kitten heel sandal. Whatever you pick should be very feminine- I like the piperlime flats that spinningjenny picked out.

Normally I'm a fan of a fun colored shoe. But, I think a simple silver flat or slinky silver sandal would go great with this dress.

I've been lurking about for the past month and a half (since the day or so after i got engaged and stumbled on to this gem of a site!) Now i'm needing some assistance please.
Here's my deilmma- I found my dress lickity split (here is is-- mine is ivory though, not white) This dress makes me feel like I've slipped into one of my Great-granny's dresses and slipped back in time. And it just makes me Smile.
I'm just a hair under 5'10" and wearing heels (which I LOVE) will put me towerng over my FI. Add to that we're geting married outside in the grass, and I need to find flats or sandals. I don't want "just anything"-- but I'm stumped and don't know if I should go with color or more plain. Any help/advice is greatly appriciated.
