Yep, MissAsB thats cream cheese, the recipe is on Libby's website. That picture is not my picture... its a lttle more squished than that but for my first time making it, it came out realllllly good! and so easy, i was suprised!

Im planning on making it for thanksgiving, and since i had a hair trial today i had to do the dessert trial. Funny... i had never heard of a hair trial until i got engaged, now im always concerned about trial runs

I used a lot of wax paper, didnt use the towel, i used all the cream cheese filling in the middle and i rolled it up. I think itll be better served more cold but that website had users helpful hints. very easy!
