Well the easiest way to lose weight in your tummy without excersizing is to cut out carbs and sodium. So you actually need to start eating at home more since restaurants go crazy with the salt. And south beach might be good to follow which will make your stomach super flat by design.
Like ModernDaisy said, eat at home. Drink lots of water and fruits and veggies with a high water content (cucumbers, watermelon, etc.) to help with bloat. This will help with any bloat.
spanx do wonders!
Also, be sure not to have any carbonated beverages
cut out any extra sodium you eat and drink a ton of water. it works! make sure you don't cut your sodium to 0 though because that can make you very ill. Just no canned soups, no spice mixes loaded with salt, and no extra salt on the table! Lean cuisines and things like that are loaded with it too.
Add a touch of lemon juice to your water and drink lots of it! The lemon juice makes the body retain hardly no water and flushes your system out.
I vote South Beach (but the original version) --- I lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks on that before! No carbs outside of vegetables, very low salt, cut out sodas, eat 3-5 oz light protein with every meal - no eating out! no pre-cooked meals! no frozen meals/food!
It's strict, but you can lose a lot of bloat and water weight in no time if you really follow it (and add some extra exercise to your routine) - just make sure you eat at least 1200 calories a day.
Spanx is an easier option though!
Say bye bye to carbohydrates!! You'll definitely be able to lose an inch in 2 weeks by sticking to a plan like south beach :) Good luck!
Ditto on no carbs and sodium. If you keep your diet to non-processed foods (ie: only eat real food) nothing processed and no extra sugar anything - you'll drop it easy.
Lose the sugar and carbs. LOVE the veggies. You'll be amazed at the difference it'll make!

My dress was made by my aunt who had not made a wedding dress in over 10 years. She took a year to make it (which was fine and she got it done last week), so my measurements were from last summer. I have gained some weight since she took the measurements, now when I wear my bustier with it I can hardly breath. The dress is also slightly big in the bust, so going out and doing some cardio isn't much of an option since my boobs can't get any smaller.
We just bought our first house and have been eating out a lot, which my body isn't used to. Does any one know of any good quick easy plans to drop my stomach weight. I do not diet. I don't eat/drink anything with high fructose corn syrup or hydroginated oils- I just need to lose a little bit around my tummy so that I can eat/drink while in my dress!
thanks!
