Our reception is at a hotel , were the Dj needs to be insured ...I don't get it though ..i've met with several dj's and None have ever heard of this .I recently just spoke to a DJ thats played at the hotel before and he doesn't have insurance , so i wondering why now ? I know they obviously want us to pay and arm and leg for a dj but were not rich . So we even tried asking the hall if we could sign a waiver instead , so on the off chance something did go wrong we would take care of it and NO DICE...has anyone ever gone thru this ? Any suggestions ?
