I would love it with the mashed potatos, kebabs and sliders! I'm by far not a vegetarian, and it looks like there is enough to make the veggies happy along with carnivores like myself!

Um, that sounds totally awesome. And I have never even conceived of avocado and potato sushi before, but now I want it so bad.
Oh, and I'm veg, and I would be more than happy. A flexible vegan would probably even make it through and be well fed.
@TankGirl: thanks... good to know, I think a couple are vegan- I'm going to make little placards to mark veggie vs non veggie stuff - I know its annoying when you have to ask or worry...

Here's the menu we've worked out with our caterer for a 7pm heavy hors deuvres reception.
We'll have over a dozen vegetarians out of the 150ish guests.
