    Hey guys,

    So I was looking on this website and I see some great prices for tablecloths and overlays. Has any bought from here before? Do you recommend? How was the quality? If you have any other recommendations that are the same prices as theirs please let me know. I'm looking for overlays that are chocolate brown at least 72 inch and no more than seven dollars about.

    I bought satin table runners from them - they look great! I can't vouch for their tablecloths, but I think they are a good deal in general :)

    i ordered a few different table runners (to see what color/fabric combos we liked best). The quality is nice, they hold up well to washing (we spilled red wine all over the navy blue satin runner and it came out without destroying the cloth in the washing machine), and their shipping was super fast! We are now going to order a full compliment of table runners from them as well as possible all our chair covers (they cost the same to buy as to rent!). Also thinking of getting a few other items from them.

    Hey guys so I decided to order a sample "90 chocolate satin overlay from Efavormart. The fabric is not bad is just need to be pressed or steamed out or something, but OMG OMG THE HEM IS AWFUL! The hem was already falling out and the corners were already fraying on the fabric because it was not hemmed properly and I just got it yesterdy via UPS. I contacted their customer service via chat and honeslty I don't think its that they are rude they just don't know how to type in a proper manner via chat. The lady said I would still be charged the 20% restocking fee and shipping. I mentioned it was dammaged and she said to return it and they will determine if it was originally damaged. I really don't trust that becuase I've heard other brides mention things about returning it and still not getting a full refund. If you order these just be prepared to fix the hem's in one way or another. And don't bother trying to return anything. I just order one of cvlinens.com so well see if that was is any better. I hope it is!

    Are your tables round, or square/rectangular?  Maybe you'd have better results with a round tablecloth, less problems with the hem?

    I ordered charger plates from efavormart and only had minimal problems. They were coming from China and there were issues with everything getting through customs. I had plenty of time so it wasn't a huge deal, but I was a little worried.

    I also used cvlinens for tablecloths. They were very nice on the phone and shipped my order out the same day. Their prices were slightly higher than another site I found and they are in Texas so I would have to pay sales tax if I ordered from them. I brought this up and they price matched for me. Overall, I had a great experience.

    Just to update everyone. The Chocolate satin overlay I bought from CV linens has a much better hem on it! I'll be buying from them!

    efavormart is a ripoff. They send out some real crap product, damaged even. When you try to return it, they give you a real hard time about it, make you pay to return it, tell you the product has to be in new condition (even though they sent it out damaged!) and then hit you with a restocking fee.

    This is not an ethical company. If you have any trouble with the product, you're up the creek.

    Do business elsewhere. The Better Business Bureau listing for them (under Ya Ya Creations / Tableclothsfactory / eFavormart) is littered with horrible experiences and problems people have had with them for many years.

    Buyer beware!

    Yeah i also bought these: http://www.efavormart.com/6mmpearls-ivory.aspx. Later on because I really needed fake pearls as a cheap price so I thought I try at least one. Nope! They are molded or stuck to the strand they are on. They don't have the finish like the one you see in the efavormart picture. Although they are a ivory pearl color. I'll pry use them on something that is not to noticable if I use them at all. I think I'll take picture just to post it here so people can see what I got exactly.

    Yeah I know the stuff they send you is not at all like what the pictures show. It really suck. I hate buying off the internet sometime because of places like that!

    BRIDES BEWARE, my shipment was missing several of the items I had paid for, after lengthy negotiation was told they would re-ship the missing items which until now I have never received. There have been no responses to my emails and inquiries. Save yourself the hassle! FYI it looks like they have paid trolls on these boards to talk up the company, if you look at the other posts on their favorable comments it seems to be the only "topic" they post on.

    WARNING WARNING WARNING.  DO NOT ORDER FROM EFAVORMART!  THERE IS NO CONTACT NUMBER AND THEY WILL SEND YOU JUNK.  I ORDERED NAPKINS FOR MY DAUGHTERS WEDDING AND THEY WRE NOT PRINTED CORRECTLY.  THEY ARE TRASH!  THEY ASKED ME TO SEND A PICTURE TO THEM ONLINE AND THEN HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME "ITEM LOOK FINE" THEN THEY TOLD I SHOULD ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE IF I WAS NOT HAPPY.  DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS, BUT I WANT TO WARN EVERYONE ABOUT THIS COMPANY.

    This company is TERRIBLE!  I had an absolute terrible experince!  I ordered over $400 worth of linens and never received the order.  They have no number to contact them, and the online chat lady was so rude and told me that it was my fault I didn't receive the order.  I had to dispute the charge through my credit card company and it has been a giant hassle.  ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

     

    However since I had to find another company, I went to www.SmartyHadAParty.com and they were awesome!  I ordered all of my linens through them.  Contact them on Facebook and they'll even give you a coupon.  Much better experience!  I just received all my items and they are of great quality!

    I do not recommend them.

    I ordered an 8 tier cake stand from them. They sent me the wrong parts for the assembly of it, and when I contacted them to get the situation fixed they gave me the run around for months. I never did get the correct parts sent out to me.

    I just wanted to drop these guys at efavormart a supportive note. I ordered 13 Fuschia Tablecloths and 160 matching chair sashes. I put my order in on Thursday and I got my shipment in New Zealand on Monday the following week!!! They're perfect. Now that I know that the products are good quality, I will order more items from them.

    I own a small business in Toronto, Canada and found efavormart.com while searching for cheaper products. To make the long story short, they sent me the wrong product which does not match the product photo they posted on their website. I contacted them 10 times in total via email and live chat service (they don’t have a phone number for customer services). They only responded to some of them, never clearly answered any of my questions, and kept insisting that they were right even after I sent them pictures of what they have on the website and what I received. It was talking to a brick wall. How can the first thing a customer service representative tells a client is “We sent you the right thing” without even asking for a proof or simply just asking “What is wrong”? Prpducts they sent me are no use for my business and without admitting that they sent me wrong products,

     

    1) They offered me a refund but refused to pay for shipping

    2) They changed the product photo the very next day

     

    Guess what? I actually thought they might do that so I clipped their webpage on with the date stamped by my anti-virus program. I caught them red-handed. I can’t believe they actually changed the picture to cover up their mistake. I’ve already filed a report to the BBB and I’m looking for other legal avenues to fight them back. I am also going to contact my credit card company if there is anything they could do since this is clearly a fraud. Obviously they won’t be scamming everyone but there are many cases reported online and please do not buy from them and take a chance. They do carry cheap favours but hey, you could be the next victim of their fraud. Please do not take a chance which could possibly ruin your special day!

    This company is awful.  They go by the name www.tableclothsfactory.com as well.  They will rip you off!  I ordered tablecloths and chair sashes from them.  The color was not what was depicted.  Immediately returned them as directed on their website.  (Never used any of it.) Waited weeks and received no credit on my credit card.  Contacted them numerous times.  Told to wait another week every time.  Every contact I made with them was respectful.  Just asking when would I be provided with a refund.  Finally I filed a dispute with my credit card company.  That prompted them to finally give me a refund.  They gave me $97.28.  I had paid $163.30.  Today I received a letter from my CC company regarding the dispute.  Ya Ya E Favormart wrote that they had already processed a refund to me and that I am, to quote, "a highly malicious customer, as I am trying to get more funds from merchant after they have already received their credit".  This is just disgusting!  How can a company survive with such despicable practices?
