    Have you ever written out a response to a post that really infuriated you?

    Then just decided it's not worth it to stir up something with someone that you don't know and will never ever meet. And likely never ever get to see your point. You'll never meet eye to eye so why waste more time?

    I just did and ALL the time.

    Maybe it's just me??

    Yeah but I always post it and then go back to edit it like 20 seconds later, haha

    LOL yepp. I get really worked up, type something out and then decide it's not worth it. Delete.

    @Running Elley:

    hahah. That's me! I've gotten better about giving myself 5 minutes before hitting Submit. Usually by then I decide not to post.

    @assilem:

    Oh geez. Once I hit submit I usually edit it for spelling/grammatical errors because when I see red they are horrible. And I usually add more points that probably just makes the situation worse. Sealed

    @Gingersnap:

    Glad I'm not alone!

    All the time.  Sometimes it's not even going to stir anything up, I just think it's dumb or doesn't make sense, or way too much information.  Or I know it needs editing but some work comes up and I'm like "eh, I won't bother."

    Yes. Although I'm still trying to learn to let things go...I have a hard time being nice when something pisses me off.

    Yep. Usually it's when I know I've gone over the line with something.  Sometimes it's mid -post construction because a light goes off over my head signifying I really don't give a shit afterall.

    @Gerbera:I think what helps me too is that I'm usually typing the response in a word doc or an email template so I can copy and paste it over but a lot of times I'll get a work email or something and have to wait. By the time I find my draft of a post again I've usually calmed down!

    Um, YES! All the time. For the same reasons listed above and also because I tend to write really looong replies (I just have so much to say!).  So I tend to STFU and move on. lol

    I too am guilty.... But only in times where I can see that the poster (who is asking for advice) really has no desire to change their situation and wants to stay entitled of their bad actions/feelings.... I posted and then decided it wasn't worth wasting my breath... sadly enough =/
