Weddingbee boards

I just watched the pilot episode of Parenthood on hulu last night. Has anyone else watched it? Thoughts? I personally liked it. I really like when shows have lots of characters and different 'stories' of their own, I think it gives them more options and things don't get as boring as fast. I love Lauren Graham (formerly of Gilmore Girls) and Dax Shepard is really funny. I also liked how they brought up 'real' issues.

I enjoyed how not everyone was the 'perfect family' but they faced real problems like finding out a son has asbergers, or finding out you have a child, or realizing you shouldn't have married a dead beat because he isn't the great father your kids deserve.

Overall I think the show will do well and I'll continue to watch because after the first episode I'm already wondering what's going to happen next! Especially with Crosby finding out he has a son!

I did the same thing last night! I absolutely LOVED the show and can't wait for the next episode :)

The FI and I watched it the other day.  I thought it was really good.  He, however, informed me that I'll be watching this one alone.  I love Lauren Grahm so I was excited to see her return to TV.  I hope it does well!

I felt bad for the lawyer too! But I felt really bad for Lauren Grahams daughter who appeared to be a bad a$$ and then got busted for pot. When she said it wasn't hers I really believe her and think it is her cousin's or cousin's friends pot. I think that because of her appearance and attitude they all just assumed it was her but I think we'll see that she's really a sweetheart who is just misunderstood. I'm also very interested to see how they handle the child, Max that has aspergers. That has to be a huge adjustment for the child and family so I'm hoping everything works out good and can't wait to see how they get through it as a family.

I will def be watching from now on!
