@emersynsmommy35:  In person, great name. To see it on a resume, or any document for that matter, very likely anyone will assume it’s a man’s name. She’ll just have to write Ms. Thayer James I guess to make it clear

Congrats!

I like the name. WhenI was born in the 80’s, Jordan was a boy name. So masculine. But my parents wanted me to have a masculine name so that when employers saw my masculine name, they would give me a chance if they happened to be sexist or I happened to apply in a male-dominated field. 🙂
