Hellloooo Beees. I haven’t slept more than 3 hours (and its saturday!!) because my knee is swollen and bruised and its incredibly painful to move. (Don’t worry, I’ve got a doctor’s appointment in a little over an hour for xrays and the whole get up) Why you ask? Because I decided to go ice skating last night for a girl’s night. And I completely ate it twice. The first time I fell on my butt, so I had cushion, the second time I fell entirely onto my right knee. Who goes ice skating for the first time in 12 years and gets a legitimate knee injury???
Me. I should’ve expected it, I was DUE for an injury, its been a couple of years since I’ve had x-rays. (Just my JR year of high school, I went in for four x-rays, and have a janky wrist from it) SO yeah, I’m not coordinated, basically. I have no clue what the point of this post is, other than I’m tired, and hurting. And my SO is sleeping like a baby. -.-

Dont let yourself suffer like this )=You probably already know this but you should take some anti inflammatories(given you dont have allergies, gastric ulcers or sensitive asthma) and some panadol until you see the doctor. Ibuprofen every 6-8 hours and panadol every 4 hours. should at least decrease the swelling and take the edge off so you can sleep.
hope you get better soon (=

@MsLobizon: Doctor said it’s a bruised knee cap, a few days later and I can walk relatively normal, it’s just sore, which is normal 🙂 Just happy the swelling is down! On the otherhand, my knee is a few shades of purple, and then some gross green. lol.
@elley2012: Thank you! 🙂
@princessggg: Inuprofen was my best friend these last few days! Thank you so much for the advice and well wishes 🙂
