I didn’t change a thing. I always eat healthy and exercise in moderation and there was no reason for me to lose weight as I didn’t have weight to lose. No regrets.

@nearlymarriedlass:  You’re doing way better than I am, I’ve never really watched what I ate (although I have cut down on soda).  In fact the other day, I had a bacon cheeseburger topped with pulled pork and BBQ sauce.  It was so good, and I regret nothing.

I’m pretty healthy already, and I know that my body will not change drastically…so whatever, I’m going to live a happy life!

I didn’t diet or exercise any more or less once we were engaged or leading up to the wedding. I did lose a little the week of, just from being so busy!

I started getting back in shape and eating better before I even got engaged because I had stopped really taking care of myself. So, I’m still losing weight (not as quickly as I was) and people will sometimes ask if it’s for the wedding. It’s really a lifestyle change that just now happens to overlap with the wedding.

I can’t say I’ve been exercising or dieting like mad, but I have made some definite changes in my life.  Like, trying to cut down on processed foods, gluten and dairy, and actually exercising instead of not exercising at all.  But I’m not a fanatic and I’m very bad at keeping to schedules!!!!

I did not do much. I ate what I wanted and exercised some.

My weight is very stable, so I’d have to make really big lifestyle changes to see any real difference.  With all the planning I don’t think I could take that extra stress.  I’ll be doing stuff like taking more vitamins and drinking more water, but that’s more for my skin and hair than anything.

I’m losing weight right now, and our wedding did motivate me to work hard at it, but this is something I’ve been needing to do for a little while. I gained around 40 lbs in a little over a year, and once I finally realized how high my weight was, I decided to change mine and FI’s diet. We are now primal/paleo and have been since January 2. He’s lost 16 lbs (which was exactly how much he wanted to lose! I wish my loss was as fast!) and I’ve lost 13 lbs. We both look and feel a lot better, but it’s really just a bonus we will have lost weight before the wedding.

I in fact should be at the gym right now, but I ate later than I wanted to, so I’m still digesting.

    Good excuse, right??

@nearlymarriedlass:  It definitely is a lifestyle change and I wouldn’t have been able to do this if FI hadn’t done it with me. We have worked hard and are committed to doing this! Plus it’s changed my relationship with food and exercise for the better 🙂
