I have to say that I have the most amazing girls in my wedding!! =) I am so lucky to have them. Ok heres the issue. I am having a hard time finding a venue for the wedding due to our wedding being on 9-10-11 so I talked to my soon to be hubby and asked him about changing the date his answer is a firm “NO” he is 100% set on this date! UGH! Can I panic now? Ok I won’t instead I ranted on here a lil bit and that helped Thank You ladies! So I e mail my girls and vent a lil =0) Well all 3 of my girls called me and were on top of things helping me find my locations (venue). I feel much better. I know there are places out there I just have to hunt a lil bit harder. =) Things will come together. So here I begin my day looking for a venue . One step at a time right? I just have to keep reminding myself that this is suppose to be fun and just enjoy it! =)

If he is so set on the date, enlist his help in finding a venue! That would definitely help take some pressure off you.

Finding a venue is hard. We spent the first 6 months of our engagement looking EVERYWHERE.
We were set on one place, and then the coordinator dropped off the face of the earth. When I FINALLY got in touch with someone, I was told about a food and beverage minimum I never knew existed, and it was three times our reception budget. Ouch.
A second place we both fell in love with, but it was 45 minutes away from our ceremony site – in the dead of winter. It was also getting ready to undergo massive renovations which made me nervous (they are complete now and it is beautiful, damn…)
You’ll find the right place, I promise. You had to kiss a lot of toads before you found your prince right? You’ll have to see a lot of bad venues before you find the perfect one. 🙂
