@krubino22: I know how you feel, but you’ve got time!!!! Stop cheating (I’ve just started a diet & already cheated, so don’t feel bad) maybe try & do alittle cardio/ lift weights to tone/trim your arms. I’m terrified my arms will be flabby/thick on my wedding day- I plan to really bone up on the exercises the couple months before. I’m sure some helpful bees could recommend a device/video they’ve used for arms?

the 30 day shred has helped me tone my arms a lot and i haven’t got past the first level.

The only thing with how we look is that it usually takes a lot of work to change it… It’s great you’re on nurtisystem (I had a friend who did that and she lots lots of weight!), but you have to remember what you’re learning from it (i.e. portion control- you can have cheat days, but don’t eat the whole cake, for example) and know that eating right is just half the battle. The other half is the workout, and it doesn’t have to be something strenuous, but maybe just go for a hike three times a week, or walk around your block a couple times every morning. If you can get your body moving then your heart and muscles will tone up a bit. You could also try a gym or a YMCA or something like that to really target the key areas you mentioned(or you can try doing exercises at home with free weights). You’ve got a little bit of time still and if you work hard at it now then you can get the results you’d like to see! Just remember the goal at the end!!
