I went and purchased a dress, but never got that “this is my dress” feeling, so started having second thoughts.
Pics are of the sample dresses I tried on.
One was too small, so it sits high on my waist.
And the other was a little too big.
Anyone want to help me decide! Not sure which to pick! And my family is just confusing me at this point. >.>
So confused! And I need to order now or it won’t be here in time for my wedding.
Anyone have opinions/advise?

i would say of those two, i like one the best.,…. although i think for your body type you should go with something with more ruching (a line or possibly fit and flare or trumpet maybe??) im not in love with the blue sash …

I don’t normally like these sorts of dresses, but the second one looks awesome on you! It lowers your waist and makes you look longer. And I love the little bling belt vs. the blue one. Go #2!!

definately the first one, the 2nd one doesn’t really flatter you and kinda reminds me of a tutu, the 1st one is classic with a little bling in the sash…i might also consider trying a different style of dress, maybe something with a halter/straps…

Between the two I like the 2nd on you….but if you have the time to go back to a few salons, see if you can try on some A-lines with ruching – if they have a corset back even with sizes too small you’ll get an idea of the look. I think the corset/A-line/ruching does wonders to flatter the curves!

If I choose the Blue-Sash dress, the sash would actually be the same color as the dress (ivory). That dress actually has a corset, but since the dress was a little larger it didn’t work properly (hence my complete lack of waist lol)
I have tried on many styles, but always seem to like the “plain” dresses.
I guess maybe I am going to have to throw out what I want to wear and pick something that goes with my body. : (

I like the one in the “rushing” picture!!

for bother sets of pic the #1 looks best the others do not flatter you but that is just my opinion.

I like you in the one with your one arm behind your back, which I think is your “rushing” pic.

The “ruching” dress and the blue sash dress look the best.

The dresses I wanted to wear did not look good on me 🙁 I was obsessed with a lace dress ( my IT dress was pronovias fresno), no beading, no ruching, and no corset top, simple and not a lot of beading or embroidery. I also really liked the cute dresses with the poofy skirt with the belt high on the waist. In my dress search there was a dress that always stuck in my head because it flattered me well, and was simple. I went back 3 times to try it on and it was the one! It just took me awhile to come around. And it has a corset back, ruching and is all satin….everything i “didn’t “want. I like the 3rd picture you posted with the ruching to the side….I don’t prefer all the beading on it but I like that silhouette on you best. It was the style that worked best for me also (I am plus size 18/20). I am just trying to say you will find your dress if you haven’t already! There are lots and lots out there to try. Just make sure YOU are happy with your choice! Good luck 🙂

I agree with Kelly_7777, the “rushing” dress is so great on you. It fits your waist beautifully and I LOVE the lace at the top.

I like both the second and third dresses on you. You never said which one made you feel the prettiest, which one are you in love with?

I like #4 with the spaghetti straps best on you! Very pretty choices!
