I'm pleased to announce that we have just deployed a fix.
Now, you'll need to make a post in order to get the fix applied to your account. Once you've posted, you should see your post count fixed.
If not, please PM me and we'll look into your account...but we should be all good now!

Lori, I haven't been keeping track of my post count, so I'll assume it's fine, but the leader board seems a little wonky to me?
I assume it reset when we did the deploy earlier, but we will definitely take a look, thanks!

When my post count went down it happened immediately after posting a comment on a blog post. Is that fixed now too or was this fix just to correct the post counts? I've been avoiding the blogs since that happened out of fear that my count would get even more screwed up.
This should be completely fixed at this point.
I did get confirmation that the leaderboard reset (just for today) when we deployed. When it restarts normally tonight to start counting for tomorrow, it'll be back to normal.
Profuse apologies to today's leaders! That was unexpected. 
I don't keep an exact count, but I think I've losted a couple too.

Edit: Oh boy! My post count just jumped...I had noticed I was having the issue, but I had no idea by how much! That's exciting :)
Woo-hoo! I didn't even realize my counts were screwy, haha! Yesterday I was at 2,500, and now I am over that by almost 200!
Haha- I got confused- where did all my posts come from? Thanks for fixing!
Yay! So excited my post count shows over 2,300. I was stuck in the 2,200s for so long. Thanks for the fix :)
I don't know if I've had any post count issues either, but thought I might do this just in case. Never hurt to be safe instead of sorry :)
Ha, I wondered why I lost about 40 post counts or so. lol. Thanks for resolving the issue :-)
yay! I thought mine might be wonky... and I got 30-odd posts back. yay!
