Did this happen to you, Bees? I was loving a few dresses and opted to go with the less expensive choice to be financially savvy. But now I keep thinking about a particular dress and mine is already in and wedding is in 2.5 months! No time to change my mind but I need to change my attitude toward my dress :-/

I did this. Ugh it was awful torturing myself over it. Let it go, you can’t change it now.

I looked back at your previous posts. I really like the ball gown and I think you look fantastic in it.

I totally had this too. I bought a dress that was similar to my “dream dress” and realized the dress I chose was absolutely the right choice. Thank goodness the 2nd dress was 100% returnable! Don’t worry, you’re first choice was the right choice! You’re just building the other dress up in your head.

I picked my dress a few weeks ago, and I’ve been having doubts ever since. I think with so much planning and thought going into every detail of the day it’s easy to second guess decisions. I looked at your previous post too, and that gown is just gorgeous! You will look perfect on your day.
I keep reminding myself that just because I’ve been looking at millions of dresses and obsessing over necklines, it doesn’t mean that my guests or FI have been. Your guests won’t be comparing — the only dress they will see is the dress you wear that day, and there is no doubt that you will be glowing in it!

I’ve been there and back. It will be okay!

Thanks, Bees!! Feeling better about it already 🙂

My Girl was my 2nd choice because my 1st choice didn’t fit and was blah. When my MOH helped me try on my Girl, she cried. I just thought my dress was beautiful. But…. when I tried her own for my first fitting, I had to hold back the tears. She makes me look stunning:)

So many brides will tell you to stop looking once you find your dress, and I couldn’t agree more. You already have your dress, so stop lookin’ to avoid doubt and a headache! 🙂

I ended up buying the more expensive dress and keep thinking about the less exensive one. Oh well, there has to be a reason I bought the one I did!
