We went to Kauai for our honeymoon and it was amazing!! I can give you more details about food and accommodations if you are interested in that island.
@brittromance: Hi Britt, Yes please that would be great. Please let me know what type of food you recommend and places to stay. I was told that it might be cheaper if I stay outside? I am not sure what that meant as I was just told there might be cheaper hotels outside? Pleae let me know.

We stayed at the Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach. We stayed for 5 nites and 6 days. In our package we had breakfast free each morning and then snacked at lunch and ate out in the evening. Where we stayed we were in walking distance of many different eating places, anywhere from Burger King to more upscale places. With flight, hotel and transfers we spent $4000. There is plenty to do in Oahu..
What island are you interested in? Or are you talking about big island?
Sorry Kbau Im afraid I dont have any info for you but I was reading ur post for ideas as we are also going to Hawaii for honeymoon and seen your by your date we will be there the week after you :-)
We are stayin on the big Island for the whole time , would love to find out if more infor on places to eat also and the best sites to visit
