Hawaii is beautiful year-round…that’s part of the draw.  That said, if you come during winter, esp. Feb-April, you run the risk of having a 10 day honeymoon be all rainy days.  Not likely, but it does happen.  (It poured for 46 days straight in March+ about 5 yrs ago…just awful!  Many towns were literally cut off from the world from flooding, out bridges, etc).

September is lovely weather wise.  Still dry but not too hot.  Things aren’t as lush after the summer dry out but if you’ve not been here a lot, you won’t notice a thing! 🙂  The best part, many of the summer tourists have left.  If it’s a concern, prices in Hawaii tend to change from High Season to Low Season prices around the 25th of Sept.  So check out the price difference in airfare and hotels for your post-wedding honeymoon and one say, one month later, and see if you there is a price difference worth waiting for.  With regards to places, you’d have to narrow it down to a specific island and price range for me to weigh in.
