Hi there,

My fiance and I are just about to book our honeymoon to Hawaii but we're nervous because we'll be heading there January 2nd, which is the start of the rainy season. Has anyone been to Hawaii in January? What's it like? Should we expect rain everyday?

I just hate to spend all that money only to be stuck inside! Thanks for your advice!

I'm not sure about January, but we were supposed to get married in the middle of March on Maui and my parents went anyway (we had eloped already!) and it rained everyday! They didn't stay inside though. It wasn't a driving rain, they just got an umbrella. Check weather.com for average rainfall.
