@JennB_82:  This is what I found: HCG reduces by 1000 unit per day.  So at 1500 units you’re looking at around 15 days which would be tomorrow.

I don’t know how long, but I’ve heard of women who start to POAS right after ER, and then watch the line get fainter and fainter so they know it’s out of their systems.

We have IVF vets on the TTC 1+ board (you don’t have to have been trying for a year, we knew our only chance was with IVF, so I joined right away since that’s where the ladies who would know about ART would be).  Feel free to come on over!

@JennB_82:  I’ve read anywhere from 7-12 days, so who knows, you may be preggers! 🙂 FX!!

@JennB_82:  When is your first beta? I tested 14 days after my HCG shot which was the night before my first beta. I figured if the RE’s office was doing a beta at 15 days after trigger, they were assuming it should be out of my system at that point. My test the night of 14 days past the trigger was pretty strong (not what I would expect if it was the end of the trigger in my system) and now I’m 26 weeks with twins! Crossing my fingers for you!

@JennB_82:  Did you test again this morning? I’m guessing if the line continues to get darker it’s definitely not from the trigger. And thanks for the congrats! 🙂 Did you transfer two embryos? What day was your transfer?

@JennB_82:  Yay! Congratulations! I wonder if there is two. When do you have a beta draw?

ETA: Nevermind, I just read that it’s Feb. 10th. Good luck!

@JennB_82:  I don’t blame you, those are some awesome lines! I’m sure you’re going to get a great number on Monday!

@JennB_82:  Definitely darker.  This far past the date, it should be getting lighter if it’s the injectable HCG.  Looks like you have a true positive test.  Congrats!
