Okay, so it's been a great weekend! As planned we went up to the mountains and had a wonderful time watching the Christmas lights. The entire time I thought he was going to get down on one knee any moment...but he didn't! We hung out for a little while afterwards and then went back to our hotel.
On the drive to our hotel I sat there and thought to myself, "I guess there is always tomorrow."
So we arrived at the hotel and he opens the door and there is wine, flowers and chocolate. I look at him and say, "Thank you so much, this is so sweet."
He says, "There's more..." and out pours this beautiful speech about me, our relationship and our future. He truly did a great job.
And the ring...she's everything I ever wanted. I have a Halo!!!! So excited about this.
I am blessed.
