So, does anyone else want to share their moments when they realize all over again that they are totally head over heels for their FI/SO? I just loaded up some photos I took of our day at the lake and all the ones of my FI make me smile uncontrollably! It's those goofy photos that perfectly showcase how funny he is and why I love him!

    Anyone else?

AWW cute post! I just had one of thosehead-over-heels moments last week. We had a thing to go to early on Thursday so we got a hotel the night before(it was closer then our houses) and i was nervous about the thing we had to do but i didnt want to say anything but my FH being the wonderful guy he is sensed it and right before we fell asleep he pulled me in close to him and sleepily said "i wont ever let anyone hurt you" and he drifted off to sleep. At that moment my heart completely melted. . he said it so easily and with such conviction. . . . . what can i say. . . .i choose the right guy He makes me smile! : wedding Icon Wink

Cute posts bees!  Love your stories  :)

In the 8 years we have been together, I am lucky to report that i have had SOOOO many of those moments.  One of my favorites was when we were dating.

I lived 2 hours away from him and he lived (and now we live) on an island.  My cat, Sam, (who I adore) went missing and I lived in a very busy, urban area where we see lots of cats run over in the road (sadly).  I panicked when I got home and discovered him missing.  I called him right away - I was a mess!  The next thing I knew, he had taken a boat off the island and driven to me just to help me find Sam.  Fortunately, he runs his own business and he took the whole next day and a half off work to help me make signs and post them all over our neighborhood, call and visit shelters and take long walks looking for him.

As we were walking around with flashlights, calling his name and looking pretty foolish, I looked over at  him and knew he was completely "the one" for me. Thanks to my DH, Sam returned home to us safe and sound and we still love and adore him!

He makes me laugh and smile like that every single day. I call that feeling the "warm fuzzies."

We celebrated our 6 year dating anniversary a couple of weeks ago and we've been married for 21 months.

This past week has really been one of those weeks where I just keep looking at him and saying "I love you" so many times that when I'd look at him and he'd just say "I know". I look at him and just know that he's the one I want to share my life with. And I love him especially when we see couples with babies and he looks at me and I know that we're both thinking about how we just can't wait to have our own. He'll be a wonderful father. Every year I love him more. It's 5 years in June and I can't wait until next year when we get married at last.

Super cute post!  The mister and I have so many dorky, cheesy little inside jokes -- most of which I'm embarrassed to even share with friends/family...but feel much more comfortable blogging about (go figure).

awwww......such cute stories. I actually (to this day) still cry at least once a week with overwhelming love for my guy. And I can't even begin to count how many times a week he makes me laugh so hard I cry! On our third date, I knew in my heart already that he was THE ONE, but...he is younger and I've never dated a younger man before so I was still kinda (stupidly) a bit freaked out about our age difference....he made a joke about a platypus....and that was it...I was ALL DONE...any doubts were gone out the window because we both collapsed laughing for what seemed like hours. If one of us is in a bad mood, or has had a crappy day, the other one will grab the platypus magnet off the fridge and procede into platypus silliness.

I had one of those moments last week. Background: FI works over an hour away, so I only get to see him when he stays at my house on his days off (thursday and sunday). So he stays wednesday & thursday night and saturday and sunday night.

Anyway, last tuesday, I was the only one home and was feeling very lonely so I texted FI and asked him if he would come a day early and stay with me. I knew he wouldn't be getting here until late, but it made me feel cozy inside knowing that he was on his way and didn't mind coming when he would have to leave early the next morning to drive back. I felt bad asking him, but he told me not to worry about it and he was happy to come. He makes me smile! : wedding Icon Biggrin

I am with happilywaiting, sometimes I just want to cry because I feel so happy that he loves me and I love him more than anyone or anything. All day I look forward to coming to to him and just snuggling next to him where I know he will not let anything bad happen to me.

Awww, what a great post idea!

FI and I live together and I am usually home from work first.  Everyday when he gets home and I am already home the first thing he does before absolutely anything else is find me, hug me, kiss me and ask how my day was.  He does this every single day.  I can't imagine anything better!

I have these 'wow, I'm the luckiest girl in the workd' feelings all the time. My Fiancee edits all my papers with no complaints, and just believes in my so much. It so special to me, because I've never had a S.O. who just wanted what was best for me.
we were at an event this weekend, and I saw how excited he was about it, and just smiled. We've been together abotu 2 yrs and every time I see him I still get the 'butterflies'.

I have those moments all the time. Just this past weekend, we had a three day weekend together off from work. (We get that weekend together once a month) He got sunburnt Saturday while working on his car, for two days in a row. The back of his neck was RED! We don't live together or stay the night with each other (We're kinda old fashion) so Saturday night, I went to his house and played "mom" and babied him. I cooked supper and nursed his neck and shoulders.

He was laying on his belly on the couch with the fan blowing on him. He looked up at me and smiled, saying "What did I do to deserve a woman like you?" I bent down and kissed him on the forhead and replied "You let me tell you off two years ago." He smiled and said "I'm glad you did"

We leave little notes for each other to find. I'm REALLY notorious for it. He's even framed one of the notes and hung it on his living room wall, for everyone to see. Even for the Best Man (his uncle) to see.

    God, I love him! lol

Maybe I am odd but on Sundays he usually goes out of his way (seeing as we do not live together and I am still at my parents house) and buys me a good specialty coffee or makes me a cup of coffee.  He then brings it to bed and wakes me up with a kiss.  i think it is so sweet. then the mornings we dont have the hance to talk be send me a sweet text saying goodmorning along with a complement that gets me going on a blah day.   I think it is the little things he does every so often that reminds me why.  OH.... I almost forgot.  he built me a hope chest that I use to store some wedding gifts in and such that we have so far.  I always look at it and remember how much he loves me and how much i love him

On our first date (which lasted *ahem* an entire weekend), we went to a diner for breakfast and there was a wait.  Since his name is Jeff and my name is Kelly, he told me as we sat down that he almost put out names down as "Team Jelly" but he was afraid I'd think he was a dork.  I started laughing uncontrollably and told him he SHOULD have.  From that point on, our lives were nothing short of The Wonderful Fantastic Adventures of Team Jelly.  I even drew a little comic book of us.  Needless to say, our favors for the wedding will be little jars of jelly!

Sometimes my FI answers the phone in a really dorky/cute way and it makes me smile like when we first started dating. Sort of that mushy, enamored feeling.

It's always the little stuff, ain't it, ladies? He makes me smile! : wedding Icon Razz
