Well I would've busted myself out for sure. The second I saw him looking at MY dress I would've been like "Oh my God what are you doing looking at my dress?!?!? Are you crazy????" and would've grabbed the computer from him. LOL
Very cool that he picked yours though! I had FI go through the pages on Maggie's site and would ask which one he liked best on a page, seeing if he'd pick mine. He never did. Didn't even come close haha
Thats so cool! I don't think I would be able to keep THAT a secret from him - make sure your photog gets fantastic pictures of when he first sees you!

I think I covered myself well but I hope he doesn't think I only bought that one because he said he liked it! It's just amazing that out of the hundreds of dresses I've looked at and the fifteen or so I've tried on, the only one I truly felt was perfect was the only one he chose for me. Everything has been falling together so perfectly (fingers crossed this good luck continues).

As it is, I blew it at Nordie's the other day looking at a dress for MOH. He was with me and I said "It looks too much like my dress!" It had ruching across the bust. I hope he doesn't know what I mean by what I said and that he forgets what that dress looks like!
it'd be fun if you start describing to him a totally different dress (maybe something he doesn't like so much) and pretend that's the style you'd wear, make him believe you love that other style, and i'm sure he'd be pleasantly surprised when he saw you with HIS dress :)
Wow, that is just so cool!!! To get validation that it probably is the perfect dress, and you didn't even need to tell him about it! I agree with TingTing that you should try to throw him off a bit. :)

HOW CUTE! Mr. Spaniel saw a picture of my dress on the designer's website and was very 'meh' about it. I hope he changes his tune when he sees it on me! 
That's REALLY sweet of him to help you find your dress!! How many guys out there would take the effort or even consider doing a search on dresses? And on top of that, he's in synch with you, AND has great taste. *thumbs up*
Here's the story: two weeks ago my MOH and I went dress shopping and I tried on the Mon Cheri Rhiannon and really liked it. It was beautiful on but I'm a picky clothes-wearer and it wasn't super comfortable to me. So a few days later I was driving by David's Bridal and since I had time and had never been I stopped in and ended up trying on a few dresses and really liked two. I posted a poll here and this one got the least votes but the Rhiannon did well and they are so much alike that I take that as a good sign. The Galina Signature is sooo much more comfortable and almost half the price. This is the dress my FI asked me to consider!! I also went back to try on the two Sunday just to make sure it was 'the one' and my 7yo (and toughest critic) said I 'looked beautiful and super skinny in it!' When she said that a nearby salewoman shouted "we have a winner!"

Last night I came home from work and found FI on his laptop with a picture of 'my' wedding dress. I asked him what he was doing and he said he knows I've been having a hard time finding the perfect dress so he thought he's look at dresses and see what he thought would look good on me. He pointed to the screen and said, "you have to try this one on, I think you'd look amazing in it." Little does he know that's 'the one'.....I decided on Sunday that it was my perfect dress!!! How awesome is it that?!??!
