Well, I suspected that he would propose this weekend because he was dropping seroius hints all week and we started dating two years ago on July 4th… but I didn’t really feel like it was coming last night. Anyhow, not a very long story, but very “us”. We went to a spcialty music store looking for the new vince neil cd, which I later found out was becuase he wanted motley crue to somehow be included in the proposal story (he is obsessed with the band). Then we went to dinner and played sex, drugs and rock n roll trivia… Really fun but still not suspecting anything. We decided to leave early from trivia despite being in second place (pretty impressive for a team of two people), and when we were walking to the car, he stopped in front of a music club we go to pretty much every weekend in town and proposed right there. It was perfect for us – he knows that grand gestures make me feel awkward, but it was nice that he involved a special spot for us. I barely even remember the nice words he said because I was so thrilled! 🙂 And without further ado, the ring:)
