We’re having a head table that will seat 12. I had this banner made and it will be strung across the front of the head table. I also have vintage glass bottles in various sizes that we will be using with flowers, along with vintage books tied with twine and some other “vintage”-looking props. Is there anything else that should drape the front of the table (along the corners/edges) or do you think this is enough? Tulle is probably too foo-foo and I’m not even sure a material drape would be necessary. Anyone have any ideas?

What about cafe/bistro lights – would those look okay across the front of the table?
Anyone know if those would be a fire hazard against the cloth tablecloths?

What about these paper flowers? Maybe stringing them and draping them down OR pinning them onto the front of the linens (facing the guests) on the head table? I would use the tan, ivory and navy blue (not the light blue)?

I think the banner is enough. If you have vases for all the bouquets as well in front of each BM, that will be plenty.

what about 2 black or white chandliers that you just set on the floor? Or have a fabric table skirt with lighting underneath?

Your banner is great. From the desctiption of the rest of your head table decor it sounds like you are going for a vintage rustic vibe.
The banner will look fine on its’ own. If you want to do something behind it, I would consider draping burlap the same way others do tulle.
Unlike the drawing below, you would want one large swag behind the banner.

I like that banner a lot! I think if you just hung some twinkle lights from the ceiling it would look that much more whimsical! Or maybe you could suspend candles in jars near the sign, as well as drape some of those paper flowers on garlands? Those paper flowers are so beautiful, I’d keep that idea, if I were you! They’ll look look really cool in the photographs I bet.
For my main table, I’m not going to make it look too much different from the other guest tables- maybe a slightly bigger flower arrangement or something, or more clustered small flower arrangements.
