I woke up this morning with a hormone headache. It’s gotten better as the day has gone on, but still hanging around a bit. I drank a small glass of coca-cola (don’t usually drink caffeine, but before pregnancy it used to help me kick a headache faster than anything) and it helped, but didn’t kick it completely.
What are some of the things you all have used for headache relief during pregnancy?

I get migraines pretty frequently. My obgyn said to take magnesium. It’s helped so far (with soda). I take 250mg every day and another 250 if I get a headache.

I haven’t had any headaches since becoming pregnant, but I know Tylenol is safe to take. Feel better!

Eating protein and rubbing a little peppermint oil on the pain spots usually helps if I’m trying to avoid taking medicine. Feel better soon!

Sleeping or resting in a dark room helps me.
