I suffer from migranes, and pregnancy has done nothing to help them.  Tylenol doesn’t touch them.  What I find actually helps is putting ice or ice packs on my eyes, as well as, the ability to just close my eyes and relax in silence.  I hope this helps 🙂  Congrats!

Massage and or craniosacral therapy are options that may help you.  There are also therapists in both professions who have experience with or even specialize in treating pregnant women and newborns.

That sounds a lot like allergies.  I never had allergies before but I have had to be on daily clartin and its helped a ton!  Talk to your OB.

Also, be careful about eye drops, I heard some aren’t good to take while pregnant.  However, apparently most of the eye allergies are caused by stuff entering your eyes from your eyelids.  I guess they make eye lid wipes that help clean off your eyes and eyelids so they don’t get as red.

I get pretty severe migraines. During my first trimester I was in the ER every other week. I take (in order of depending how bad the migraines are) extra strength tylenol, tylenol 3, and vicodin. Obviously no drugs are good while pregnant, but sometimes you just don’t have a choice. I also get massages every other week, which seems to help.
