I think they're fine b/c they are both simple and delicate.
Then again, I wore a big feathery hair clip AND a sparkly headpiece. =]
Do you happen to have any more photos of you in the 8713? I love that dress, and would like to see it straight on. There are very few images of this dress online, and the one on the Allure website isn't terribly helpful because of the way the model is standing.
Thanks! I think both dresses are beautiful.
As for the hairstyle, it is hard to say without knowing the size of the flowers, and the look you want for your wedding. If the flowers are too big they could look tropical or too casual. But if they are really tiny and delicate, I think they would be great, either alone or with the headband.
I could say it would be fine together! Like the other poster said they are both delicate and simple so they wouldnt clash. i say go for it!
caro8- Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures of the dress from the front. I didn't realize that the picture was taken at this angle until after I had already left. And my dress won't be arriving for another month or two. Sorry! I had also looked for pictures online a while ago, but couldn't find any. It must not be a very popular dress, but I love it!
I bought my 8713 off the rack, and just tried it on again last night. It looks great, and I really don't think that the picture on the Allure website does it justice. Thanks for posting your picture on here, it is so helpful to see it on someone else--it looks perfect on you. If I have the chance to get a girlfriend to come over I will have her take some pictures of me in the dress and post them. Great choice.
Normally I'd say absolutely do not wear both. But I think in this case it would look great! Because they're both simple. I think you should go for it!
Both would be absolutely adorable! It would definitely make a statement without going overboard...if that makes any sense.
I would take both the headband and flower to your hair stylist and start coming up with some styles incorporating both so you get a good idea.
Plus I think they would look great with either dress.
Pics Please!!!
I think the headband you posted looks amazing just by it self!!!! Its really really pretty!!
I think you can pull them off! Do you mind sharing where you found the headband and the flowers? Both are lovely, and I cant decide what to do for my wedding... Thank you!
The headband with the flowers at the base of the up-do will look lovely.

OK Bee's! I need your help again :) As I began looking into options for my hair, I KNEW that I wasn't going to wear a veil because they look goofy on me...even the bridal shop consultants tell me that I just don't have the right look for a veil...whatever THAT means! This is ok though, because I have always wanted to wear a flower in my hair...until of course I saw some beautiful headbands :) Now I'm wondering if I can incorporate both. So to set things up a little...here is the first dress that I bought (Allure 8713):
What's that...did I say FIRST dress? Yup! I'm a two dress bride, but to make a long story short, I found AMAZING deals on both of them brand new from eBay. So here is the second dress that I own and am considering wearing (Mori Lee Blu 4524):
I don't have a picture of myself in it yet, because I haven't worked up the nerve to tell anyone besides my fiance and marriage prep counselors that I bought 2 dresses. I feel like this automatically tags me as a bridezilla :(
So ANYWAYS...here is what I was thinking for my hair. A simple headband such as this one:
