We are planning on skipping cereal period and thinking about trying soft boiled eggs. I wonder how you would go about feeding meat…without choking, I mean.

I agree that meat might be difficult to get down to the right size – what about putting ground meat through the blender with some whole milk?

Soft boiled egg sounds nice and easy though.

Eggs and milk are two of the most common childhood food allergies. Hmmm…I don’t know about the eggs.

@red_pepper_gal:  Yeah, you can add breastmilk or formula to cooked meat and blend it down to a pate.  We didn’t start with meat but did make our own baby food.
