I can’t find a lot of reviews either way, so I’m wondering if anyone has tried this supplement/weight loss pill? I am worried about the caffeine in it – I try to stay away from it and it makes me quite jittery and anxious. Otherwise, I’m wondering if it did limit your appetite? Basically just want personal experiences! Thanks!

I haven’t tried it, but my bet is that it doesn’t really work. As is the case with most non-FDA approved weight loss supplements.
I’m pretty sure the only thing that will get noticeably lighter is your wallet.
There is no “quick fix” for weight loss. To lose weight you have to eat right and move around. It’s a simple calories in < calories out.
If you follow that equations, you will lose weight (barring a medical condition preventing weight loss).

Well, I know that there is no quick fix. I’ve battled thyroid problems for awhile now and after FINALLY getting that under control, I recently lost about 20 lbs on weight watchers. I just had to stop dieting because I AM STARVING!!! lol. I was hoping to find something that quelled my appetite a bit. I’m so sick of being so hungry.
And, for the record, I eat my points – heck, I usually eat all my weekly points and my activity points…but I’m still hungry. I was hoping for something to just take the edge off. I have a hard time with caffeine though, so looking for personal experiences with it.

@BackyardLoveBird: Have you tried drinking LOTS of water?
I try to drink 5-6 bottles a day, and try to drink a full bottle right before any meal.
Also are you eating a lot of fruits/veggies? In the new WW program fruits and veggies are 0 points so use those to help fill you up.

I eat at least 3-4 fruits a day and I try for 2-3 veggies,(which usually includes a v8 since those fill me up), which does help, but honestly fruit keeps me full for about 20 minutes. I drink about a liter of green tea a day and a liter – 2 liters of water a day.
I’m not a big soda drinker, but I even tried diet ginger ale for the bubbly filled feeling.
I stagger my meals so I eat a little bit every 2-3 hours or so. I eat protein for breakfast w/ a little bit of complex carb. I eat protein snacks like low fat cheese, almond slices and low fat (or low fat greek) yogurt.
I work out a lot (of course not as much lately because I hurt my ankle, then my back, now I bruised my knee cap), but I usually weight lift for an hour 2-3 times/week, I run 2-3 times/week (about 2-3 miles), I do ballet 1-2 times/week, and I take a strength/endurance class 2 times/week. I know this has a lot to do with it, but I enter all my activity points in and usually eat most of them, so I figure it’s a wash?

I haven’t tried Healthe Trim, but if you’re looking for a quick weight loss/appetite suppressant, you might want to check out Oxy Elite Pro. It’s high in caffeine, but it reduces your appetite quite a bit and you can lose a few lbs in a week on it. I’m not a doctor or anything, and OEP gives my Fiance headaches after taking it and then stopping (probably because of all the caffeine), so try at your own risk. I don’t take it as directed, I’ll just take one in the morning every once in a while if I want to jump start my metabolism/weight loss after a couple days of being lazy and eating bad.

My mom and I just received it last week. I am a caffeineaholic and I was jittery the first day but thats it.
I should note, my mom is a health FANATIC. My family has a history of health problems so when she said she wants to take pills I was SCHOCKED. She did her research and we were already taking most of the ingredients in the pills so we figured why not try it.
You do need to drink 64oz of water a day with it so if you do already that will be easy for you. It does take away your cravings to snack which is what gets me into trouble :). Other than that, I have had no bad side effects. I lost 1lb the first day but that could just be from not drinking Diet soda which is bad at making your body retain water.
I will keep you posted on how it works!

@MissBennet: Please do! I’ve always wondered about it…I always hear the radio ads for it!

I have not even heard of this, but I would be really careful if I were you. If there was a magic weight loss pill no one would be overweight. And back in my teens I tried diet pills and got really sick, they are so bad for you.
Plus even if you do lose the weight, what are you going to do, take the pill indefinitely? I think WW is a much better solution

i have been on healthe trim. i just wasnt dedicated enough and quit taking it, but i will say, it was working. you have to drink tons of water though (which is a good thing!) but i was slacking on the water thing.. i say try it if youre thinking about it!
