sounds DELICIOUS to me!
The only thing I can imagine wanting for would be grilled whole wheat pitas with the hummus :) since I'm not a big fan of dipping pretzels.
Are deviled eggs healthy? I am totally going to make them more often if they are, haha.
Homemade veggie burgers are fairly easy and very healthy. Our favorite dessert is fruit crumble, which can also be healthy depending on how much butter you put in the topping and how much sugar you put in with the fruit.

Hi Ladies!
I need your help. We're having a cookout this weekend and am in the process of finalizing the menu. Unfortunately, I've gained some weight after the wedding. I'm working on taking it off and eating healthy is a big part of my plan. I've decided to highlight healthy foods in my cookout menu so that my friends who are eating healthy have it easy when trying to make good choices. So often at parties it's hard to eat healthy but I want to change that. I'm almost there with my menu items but am stuck at dessert. You'll notice that not everything is healthy (ahem, deviled eggs) but I think there are a number of good choices.
What do you think? Does this menu sound yummy to you? Any suggestions for dessert?
