I'm trying, but it's hard! I'm at home for winter break now, and my parents aren't the healthiest of people, so that's hard by itself... not including the pies and cookies and brownies!
Definitely working out more. I started South Beach right after TGive, so I'm That Girl who diets during the holidays. Worth it, though!

How strictly are you sticking to your healthy habits during the holidays? Are you working out like usual? Eating healthy? Or taking a couple of days off?
I've been okay so far--we skiied today, so I counted that as my workout. I've been eating a little more than usual (OMG--so many Christmas cookies!), but I figure I can make up the difference when I get home.
What about you?
