My boss eats pretty healthy since she got into crossfit and she served some bacon wrapped dates at our office holiday party. They were delicious!

Deviled eggs with yogurt instead of mayo? Or shrimp cocktail!

Desserts will be a little harder… What about oatmeal raisin cookies?

I’m not trying to self promote, but I have a healthy recipe blog with tons of options at http://www.emilybites.com. skinnytaste is another good light food blog if you still need ideas. Between those two you should have a ton of ideas!

Over the holidays I usually make some low/ non fat pudding cups in little fancy containers (that you can buy in plastic at a party goods store) just using the boxed jello pudding and mix in some dark chocolate mini chips.  They look great on the table and they are delicious and will satisfy your craving without ruining your diet!

One of the desserts I like making is a sort of pie – it has a graham cracker/banana crust with whipped topping and fruits on top. I normally do light cool whip with strawberries and blueberries. Healthy enough for me and my family still likes it! I don’t have a recipe.. I just google it every time I want to make it.

I also make the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies on Skinnytaste.com – it’s banana, oats, and chocolate chips (or any type of topping). They don’t taste 100% like normal cookies, but they let me get my chocolate fix in a healthier snack! This one has also been popular with my family. But the cookies get a little soggy if they sit overnight so these might be better fresh.

As far as appetizers – I normally do veggies and dip (ranch made from sour cream + ranch mix) or kale chips. If I think of anything else, I’ll tell you!
