I’ve been on a huge health kick lately (for no reason at all!) and trying a bunch of new recipes that I’ve been loving. I’m so excited about this one because pizza is one of my favorite foods but I dislike the amount of grease and oil that gets put into it… it’s gross and it takes me hours to stop feeling like I’m about to blow up after eating one! SO a week ago I saw this recipe and though I was skeptical at first, I decided to give it a go. It’s a pizza that is made with cauliflower crust instead of dough and it’s amaaaazing!! My favorite thing about it is that it’s very versitile, super easy to make, and people with food allergies can have it as well (I work with a few girls who are allergic to gluten and they loved this idea).
I only put sauce, parsley, and cheese as the toppings and this was my result…

Not sure if I’m posting this in the right place but it was so delicious, I couldn’t not share it with all you lovely bees who might have not heard of this option before!
