I’ve been snacking on carrots and celery with hummus, laughing cow light cheese and triscuts (6 crackers and 1 wedge), or greek yogurt.  String cheese is also a favorite, but I am trying to wean myself off the cheese (since it’s my favorite and I eat too much!).

I also got some sugar free, fat free pudding mix, because I crave deserts when I am eating healthy! ha.

I try to find something that has a good amount of protein in it to hold me over until the next meal.  Some of the snacks I have are the Special K Meal bars, oatmeal, greek yogurt, almonds/cashews and sometimes the cheddar rice cakes if I need something crunchy 🙂

I snack on fruit (apples mostly), raisins, almonds, sugar free jello (10 calories..yay!!), veggies (celery with a teeny tiny bit of peanut butter or carrots), kettle corn (low cal and filling) and fiber one bars!

Oatmeal, reduced fat wheat thins and my favorite are Quakes (by Quaker) rice snacks. The ranch and bbq flavored are amazing!!!!!!! They taste just like flavored potato chips but are way more healthy and you can have quite a few for a snack! I also eat fruit and yogurt.
