Does anyone know if it is safe to use a heating pad for ovulation pain while ttc? I have endo and have been on the pill for years with no break for pain relief/reducing endo growths. I had a lap in Feb to clear up my endo. I went off the pill 2.5 months ago to ttc. I think that I didn’t O last month becuase I had absolutely no pain (and a BFN, even though we thoroughly enjoyed our honeymoon ;)). I think I will be ovulating in the next few days based on my pain and CM. I haven’t temped or anything like that yet, we’re taking it chill at first. I usually take ibuprofren and use a heating pain for endo pain, but I know the ibuprofren is a bad while ttc, but for me, Tylenol is basically useless for pain. Does anyone know wheter the heating pad would reduce chances of conception? In small amounts of low heat I figure it won’t hurt the egg, since its so insulated, but what about sperm? Any ideas? I don’t want to hurt our chances since I’m in my 30’s and every month I’m off the pill I’m making my endo worse.
