I am normally not into celebrity news/gossip. but this showed up on my facebook feed because it was on glamour magazine website.
Heidi Montag had 10 surgical procedures... she seriously was soo beautiful before the surgery.. it's so sad to see the alarming number of celebs trying to transform their bodies, and then things go wrong (Amy Winehouse is in the hospital for serious pains from her breast implants)

It's sad but she lives her life as a publicity stunt and this is just part of it :/
Yeah, she's so icky now. But i will say her boobs look airbrushed in that first photo, haha. You missed our ick-fest awhile back on Heidi...10 procedures, holy smokes

My first thought when i saw this thread was "crap she's dead." Its sad but someone like her... I just don't see her making it to 30.
Ew, she looks like she is going to fall over now that she is so top heavy. I agree, stupid rich kids.

that second picture makees me want to vomit. she didnt even get her boobs as big as she wanted... i think she definitely has the addiction to plastic surgery and needs help. she genuinely blieves that she's prettier now.

Yeah she doesn't really look human to me anymore, honestly.
she looks so gross and her boobs look weird one look bigger than the other one. she looked way better than before.
She was on the radio and said that she had 700cc in each breast... the max you can put in is 800. She just looks horrible and will have problems with her chest and back later.
She looks way better in the first pic. It's kinda sad that even as beautiful as she was she didn't feel pretty enough.
My FH saw a picture of her in the bikini and said he thinks she looks digusting now - also I heard a clip of her talking on a celebrity gossip show and the girl is delusional she says she is going to be "like a cross of Merilyn Monroe, Angelina Jolie, and Jennifer Aniston" career-wise.
I heard on the radio this morning during the "hollywood dirt" segment that she saw pics of her legs with cellulite and is thinking about getting more surgeries.
I wish I never had to hear about her & that she'd just go away, but I also feel bad for her.
She needs to stop with the surgeries and go to a therapist.
I imagine that douchebag husband of hers doesn't say a lot of nice things to her about her body and makes her feel like she needs to do this.
She already had a boob job in the first picture... then she got them bigger as well as the rest of the work on her face.
I feel kinda bad for her. She must have REALLY low self esteem and confidence if she feels she had to distort her body THIS much to "fit in" and look prettier than she was. She really was a gorgeous girl. Now she reminds me of someone else I can't think of...she kinda looks like Fran Dreschler and maybe that's her--but one of those ladies that has had WAY too much done. I'm all for plastic surgery and making yourself feel and look better but this is very extreme

Omg, it really is tragic. I'm pretty sure she's suffering from body dismorphic disorder. Hollywood really seems to mess people up.
I also think the doctor who would perform that many procedures, or ehance a woman's breast that much is doing her a disservice. Why isn't that more closely regulated?

anyway, yeah, I agree. I feel sorry for her more than anything. I'd never call her some stupid rich kid, I have a few wealthy friends and just because they're rich doesn't mean they make stupid choices... it is her life so what she does with it is her choice.. but you know she has to be so insecure to do things like that. and then the pressure in hollywood to be someone you're not is so unfair, people change so much and it's really sad. You start to think, oh finally someone normal! Just give it a couple years and they're all become the same... there are a few good ones... but still it's sad.
and yea, I feel sorry for her more than anything. I wish I could give her a hug and tell her she doesn't have to prove herself to anyone.
She was so cute to begin with, and now she just seriously looks disgusting, especially her boobs. (Please note, I have nothing against big boobs, I have a pair of D's myself, but hers just look WEIRD!)
Ugh, her new boobs totally gross me out. They are so big they look cartoonish.
I thought she looked great post-surgery....the FIRST time she got surgery! The nose job and breast implants the first time around looked good and I've always thought if a surgery makes someone feel better about themselves then it is a-okay. My good friend in high school got a chin job (yep!) and she loves it and hasn't done anything else. I also know several girls who have had boob/nose/ear tucks but each girl has had ONE or TWO things...when Heidi got 10 surgeries THAT's when she went overboard.
I feel sorry for her and hope she makes peace with herself.
I think she was kind of adorable looking pre-surgery. I read one of the surgeries on her back has resulted in her not being able to jog, or hug.
omh. this is awful. she was so pretty before..i cannot believe what she has done to herself. as a girl who wears 40DD sometimes 40DDD on a bad day (real breasts)...i cant imagine why someone would want large breasts like that. especially being as tiny as she is. she is so little...ugh she looks awful. i cant believe she did this to herself. its probably bc her freak husband...
Ugh. I just saw that after photo and her boobs freaked me the h*ll out. I do feel bad for her that some how her self esteem is so poor but still... Someone cut her off from access to willing surgeons, please!
The thing that really bothers me is that doctors are allowed to do that extreme amount of surgery all at once. I think any real doctor should send the patient to therapy before doing radical surgery.
On the same note, has anyone seen the previews for the new season of The Hills? Heidi says during the preview that she wanted biggers boobs but they wouldn't fit. And her mom says that she was prettier before she had surgery.

People seem to be overlooking the fact that she had TEN surgeries in one day. That's not ten surgeries total, I'm sure she's had TONS more than that, she was "unveiling" her new body after a round of ten new surgeries at once. The girl's CRAZY.
@missasb, I agree. There should be some more discretion where plastic surgeons are involved. But it is the most high-paying "medical" field, because it's not covered by insurance, so I'm sure the doctors are a little more greedy and self-centered, especially when it comes to celebrities.
@Sulli301, I agree. I'm not against plastic surgery, I think it's important for women to feel confident in their God-given body, but I understand there are often one or two flaws that each woman can't stand, I HATE my ears and wish more than anything I could afford plastic surgery to make them smaller (I got my Grandpa's monstrous ears haha), but I can't so I have to learn to accept them and live with them.

I think that she looked good in the before and the before before pics. She was cute ot begin with and then her first surgery looked good as well. Her first boob job looked fabulous.
She just looks kind of creepy now. It's a shame.

This whole situation is just sad. And not that I'm AT ALL a Spencer fan, but I read somewhere that he was not in favor of her getting the 10 surgeries. At least he has at least one working brain cell.
IMHO she looked the best after the first round of surgeries, followed closely by her pre-any surgery self, and now she is a hot tranny mess trainwreck nightmare from hell. Get her to a therapist someone PLEASE.
