Have you checked party rental places?
Don't know how many balloons you plan to get filled but ToysRus smells the small ones.
We actually just bought a couple at Target to fill our own balloons for the wedding. Ended up being cheaper and more convenient (we didn't have to worry about returning them when we were trying to leave for our honeymoon).

hi hive!
anyone know where to rent a tank of helium so I can fill up my own balloons? i'm wondering if this would be a cheaper DIY option than getting balloons filled up for me at a party store.
