I am getting married this April on a military base where both ceremony and reception will be held indoors. I have a few idea for the ceremony to make it cohesive with the reception (yellow, black and white paper lanterns hanging from the ceiling and candles marking the isle) however I need help with more ideas! The ceremony space is in a square room with windows down the back wall (where we the bridal party will stand), drab and dated carpet, and cheapy silver chairs. My goal is to get the guests to look up towards the ceiling so they don't notice the carpet and something to spice up the chairs so they don't look terrible.
I saw on pinterest a couple getting married on a mini platform. Does anyone know where i can buy/rent a little stage?
