@Amy_Taylor:  If they’re not being used for your wedding, can’t they be moved out the back, and then moved back onto the stage afterwards? Tell them you will look after it, and then get some reliable friends or relatives to do it, preferably people who belong to the church. (You won’t be able to move something big like the piano, but that usually looks classy anyway).  If necessary, pay these people.

What do you mean by instruments? Are they on a table? Do you mean the podium or lecturn?

@Amy_Taylor:  Cant you incorporate them instead of trying to cover them?? You could put fairy lights and outline the instruments with them. Im sure if you did decide to do it other ideas would come to you as well
