I bought what I thought was the perfect wedding dress for me December 31, 2013. The website was Eve Allure.com. My bank account was debited the money and I still have not received the dress. And to top it off the website is no longer functioning. I don’t know if I should just take it as a loss and go elsewhere or should I pursue this???

They appear to be a Chinese knock off site with several complaints online. I would file a complaint with your credit card company to cancel the charge and look elsewhere for a dress.

Their online reviews are not good. Complaints abound including about the quality of any dresses received.

email@example.com: Pursue it for sure! Complain to your bank and whomever you can about the fake shop. That stinks.
