Hi All!  For my reception (150 people), the dinner is going to be held in a different space than the dancing and dessert.  Does anyone have any ideas for how to furnish the dancing/dessert room?  I'm going to assume only 1/2 of the people will be dancing at the same time so I want to make sure the rest have places to sit comfortably.  Ideally I'd have lounge furniture strewn throughout but it's too costly.  So I'm looking for alternative options.  The overall look I'm striving for is modern/urban.  HELP!!! (below is a pix of the dancing/desserts room I'm talking about)

Do you have pics of your venue?  And what are your colors, if any?

I'll post some pictures now.  Still haven't picked the colors but was thinking of a monochromatic scheme.

I would probably do some benches along those windows! It looks like the place has killer views so it would be a nice place to take a break from dancing. If you have access to the tools necessary you could make them yourself (just make some boxes) and then put some long cushions on them that match your color scheme.
