Well things should be in the program in the same order as they are for the ceremony... :) So if you don't know what order things will be in you should talk to your officiant. They should be able to set you straight!
Our church gave us a book that explained the ceremony and had all the reading choices etc. Basically the order was this:
Introductory Rites
Greeting
Opening Prayer
First Reading
Responsorial Psalm
Second Reading
Gospel Acclamation
Gospel
Homily
Statement of Intentions
Consent and Exchange of Vows
Blessing of Rings
Prayers of Faithful
Nuptial Blessing
Presentation of Flowers to Mary
Final Blessing
Agree with PP--talk to your officiant because the program follows the sequence you establish with FI and your officiant--and most officiants have done this a few times and will be able to guide you through the planning process.
Thanks girls... We will meet with him probably around Oct 1st.. BUT I dont think that will be enough time.. I will have to call him and see if I can meet with him before that!

Ok I have a question... My wedding is 47 days away... I would like to do programs, BUT I dont know how and what order to put things in on the programs..
We are Both catholic and getting married in a catholic church BUT we are ONLY doing a service NOT a whole mass... SO that is where Iam confused on what to put on the program and in what order..
OH YA and I am also having my cousins sing 2 songs too...
HELP!!!
